Get To Know The Role
- Write and maintain UI (Web, Mobile App), API automation suites and test cases.
- Work with product managers, software engineers, data analysts and product designers to create test plans and test their impact to business metrics.
- Actively participating in product scoping and design review.
- Be part of on-call for your team’s products and services, and assists in post-mortems for any incidents.
- Track and report QA metrics and collaborate with engineers to improve the project's Health.
- 5+ years of experience in testing in a medium or large scale agile software development environment for Cloud, SaaS or Web applications or experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
- Experience with designing, planning and implementing test scenarios, and leading software QA processes.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of web services, its common HTTP methods and JSON formats
- Experience with Jira or relevant project tracking tools
- Excellent team player, goal oriented, good communication and negotiation Skills.
- Keen eye to detail and have solid initiative to raise alarms when necessary.
- Proficient with at least one language commonly used for web or full stack development (Javascript, Typescript, Python etc.) and understanding of web Technologies.
- Hands-on mobile development experience in either Java / Kotlin or Objective-C / Swift.
