Job Purpose:

Administer project, business process & quality improvement plans and processes to identify new and alternative approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes in line with overall business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies

Your tasks:


  • Administer project/ business process quality & improvement plans and processes to achieve defined business objectives
  • Conduct generally repetitive administrative and analytical activities to increase business process efficiency and quality
  • Apply technical and/ or business process knowledge and analysis capability to projects
  • Gather relevant data and analyze trends to understand process improvement needs and to estimate potential benefits
  • Study standard processes to draft performance indicators to measure process dimensions and process improvements and process quality
  • Deliver assigned activities as per defined timelines and quality standards
  • Apply understanding of business processes to administer project processes and solutions
  • Draft content and deliver training on projects/ business process quality & improvement methodologies
