Responsibilities
This role will help the business solve its application and system issues, performs troubleshooting systems, responding to assistance requests, and handling technical issues.

- Manage IT projects, including providing related quotations.
- Document business requirements, model business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements in agile environments.
- Collaborate with the software development team throughout projects.
- Prepare URS, UAT, user manuals, test scripts, and test cases for users.
- Conduct internal software testing to ensure software capabilities before UAT.
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology services to users.
- Liaise with IT Manager for establishing the computer systems budgets and expenditures
- Coordinate with external hardware/infrastructure vendors for services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating system issues.
- Stay informed about the latest hardware and software technologies.
- Conduct orientation and technology training for new users.
- Provide individual training and support upon request.
- Provide recommendations to end users about accessing information and support, adhering to policy guidelines.
- Maintain a current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
- Building and maintaining IT systems and equipment.
- Provide advice on IT solutions and upgrades.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.
- Candidate must at least possess Diploma or Degree in IT and related disciplines.
- At least 4-6 years' experience in IT industry/ Business Analyst.
