- Operational support for Global Production Data Warehousing (GPDWH).
- Operational support for Data Integration and Virtualization Environment (DIVE) Platform based on Denodo.
- Responsible for setup and configuration of authorization concept in DIVE, server monitoring, failure analysis, scheduler job change, query execution analysis.
- Support the platform team in the deployment process.
- Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks.
- Able to work on AP & EU business hours whenever necessary.
- Able to support outside of office hours for critical issue and project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.
- Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database.
- Understanding of ETL technique, data modelling, and performance optimization.
- Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage.
- Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong in service support operations & experienced in ticketing tracking systems.
- Familiar with business processes in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
