Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Maintain, configure, and upgrade the on-premises Nextcloud clusters in collaboration with other IT infrastructure teams.
- Perform periodic maintenance to ensure the secure and stable operation of the Nextcloud platform.
- Based on know-how and contribute to the automation of routine tasks related to the installation and operation of the Nextcloud platform.
- Provide 2nd-level and 3rd-level support for the Nextcloud platform.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent course.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix server administration, and web hosting technologies (LAMP stack).
- Basic skills in Bash or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of know-how of Nextcloud, either as an end-user or administrator.
- Knowledge of know-how in database technologies and working with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English language.
- Good soft skills such as communication, team player, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and open to learning new technologies.
