Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Ability to setup and implement planned maintenance systematic to ensure comprehensive equipment maintenance routines that all equipment is safe to operate, with high availability and good reliability within targeted budget.
- Ability to follow through from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving and sustaining in area of equipment governance.
- Possess the knowledge to monitor equipment stability by integrate equipment with APC tools or semi auto integration. system.
- Able to implement and execute equipment improvement projects to meet/exceed TCR.
- Able to develop, evaluate and certify the Engineer and Technician team in according to the define competency model.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- Knowledge in metrology / vision equipment.
- Vision and handler equipment systems.
- Knowledge in equipment engineering and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge on optics, image processing.
- Basic problem solving skill MFMEA, 8D, DMAIC.
