Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance

Accountable for the EOL Machine (Mold, Laser, Glob Top, Lid Attach and Casting) Maintenance topics under his/her responsibility and lead the EOL Maintenance technicians.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Establish maintenance systematic & methodology for new and existing EOL equipment to ensure machine is upkeep at optimize condition.
• To ensure Maintenance KPI such as OEE, MTBA and spare part management is within the defined target.
• To lead EOL maintenance team to drive the machine stability and continuous improvement thru predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Equipment stability improvement by performing analysis on machine data and execute improvement actions for machine stability sustaining (eg MTBA).
• Equipment optimization and automation thru Intrinsic Equipment Engineering for cycle time & machine productivity enhancement (eq OEE).
• Support Equipment engineering/maintenance personnel competency development plan according to job requirement.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• 5 years Experience in Maintenance Equipment in Semiconductor Industries and experience in maintaining Mold Tooling and Trim and Form Tooling.
• Experience in handling Mold and Trim and Form equipment.
• Lead a technical team in problem solving and preventive measure in related to EOL Tooling and Trim and Form.
• Statistical data analysis. Understanding of 8 basic QC tools.
• Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability of practicing different problem solving methodology.
