Responsible for IFMY FM infrastructure project site control management In your new role you will:

- Act as team lead for site project supervisors, and to work/coordinate with other project engineers towards project work quality, risks assessment and site control.
- Lead overall daily site project activities risk assessment with site supervisors and project engineer, and continuously review and improve site control procedure and compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely overall site project control reporting as defined by direct superior/manager
- Infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing &commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
- Min. 5-7 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering.
- 8D methodology mindset which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7QC tools and also Decision Making.
- Familiar with relevant legal requirements especially related to construction site requirement.
