Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Accountable for driving the overall OPC MAL digitalization and automation ideas pipeline and execution.
- Accountable for delivering outputs to customers with committed functionality, reliability, timeliness, volume, and cost.
- Analyze and consolidate overall OPC MAL reports to provide informative insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance digitalization and automation in line with business changes.
- Responsible as Team Lead for task allocation, execution, coaching, and performance monitoring of team members.
- Responsible for engaging experts (IT/FI/AI) to provide continuous training on new digitalization and automation tools.
- Act as the main interface with BE OPC, Operations, and MAL support functions on digitalization and automation topics/solutions.
- Align initiatives with company strategy through digital transformation in planning and reporting
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field (e.g., Digitalization or Automation).
- In-depth knowledge in IT, FI, Digitalization, and/or related disciplines.
- Typically able to resolve complex problems or those without established precedents.
- Frequently leads projects or key project phases within larger initiatives.
- Serves as a resource or mentor for colleagues with less experience and may provide formal training to junior staff.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.
