Key responsibilities in your new role

• Security Operations: Supervise security personnel, assign duties, and ensure effective patrols, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
• Incident Management: Investigate security incidents, document findings, and recommend actions. Coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate with internal teams and external services during emergencies (fires, medical incidents).
• Training: Conduct security drills and awareness programs for staff.
• Reporting: Prepare management reports on security incidents, breaches, and risks.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of security experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Leadership and team management.
• Risk assessment and crisis management.
• Communication and stakeholder management.
