Senior Supervisor - Site

Responsible for proper deployment of company's resources such as equipment, materials and manpower to ensure compliance to work standards by proper coordinating, planning, reporting of works and supervising workers for Data Centre Project.

• Oversee daily site activities related to civil, structural, and architectural works for a data centre build (e.g., foundations, slab, pipelines, internal fit-outs)

• Coordinate with engineers, M&E supervisors, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure work is executed per approved method statements and drawings.

• Monitor progress and resource deployment; highlight potential delays or issues and escalate to Construction Manager.

• Ensure timely execution of work packages across multiple work fronts and disciplines.

• Lead daily site briefings, enforce compliance with Gamuda QSHE standards and authority regulations.

• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship, safety, and material compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, inspection records, and site diaries.

• Support M&E coordination by ensuring embedded works are correctly installed per structural and architectural sequencing.

• Interface with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections and approvals.
• Coordinate rectification of defects, site cleanliness, environmental controls, and handover readiness.

• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/bachelor degree in civil engineering
