Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality assurance of Lenovo Intelligent Cloud products.
• Participate in product requirement and architecture design reviews, evaluating the rationality and testability of requirements and technical architectures.
• Track and locate issues identified during testing, and discuss problem-solving solutions with developers.
• Continuously improve product quality and efficiency, as well as enhance the product user experience by formulating and optimizing quality management processes, strategies, and methods, and introducing/developing testing tools/frameworks.
  
  

Qualifications Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors. At least 8 years of automation testing and development(Python or Java) experience in web application projects.
• At least 2 years of work experience in cloud computing, containers, intelligent operation and maintenance, etc., familiar with mainstream open-source technologies, tools, and platforms in the field.
• Familiar with testing theories and test case design methods, capable of independently designing comprehensive test cases based on requirements, building test environments, preparing test data, executing tests, and compiling test reports.
• Proficient in writing Python scripts. Familiar with mainstream open-source automation and performance testing tools(Selenium OR Apache JMeter OR Cucumber) and frameworks(Robot OR Selenium WebDriver).Experience in API/UI automated testing is required.
• Familiar with performance testing theories, tools, and optimization methods, with server-side performance testing experience.
• Conscientious, meticulous, and highly responsible, with strong learning ability, communication skills, and team collaboration spirit. Able to proactively identify issues and drive continuous project improvement. Experience in project management, cross-organizational project collaboration, and team management is preferred.
• Priority will be given to those with development/testing experience in generative AI, experience in developing testing frameworks/tools, or experience in professional testing fields such as robustness testing and security testing.
