Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. - Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies
- Work effectively with peers and hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
- Identify, attract and source high potential talents using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
- Develop innovative strategies using research in the latest recruitment trends to provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies
- Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Lemon Sky’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites
- Manage end to end hiring process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the hiring process established
- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Lemon Sky Animation and growth plan
- Implement employer branding strategy, brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the talent acquisition strategy
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Lead and drive talent program initiatives and events with art schools, colleges and universities.
- Work effectively with the Business Development and Marketing team for outreach and school events.
- Keeps applicants engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication.
- Researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents hiring analytics. Leverages talent acquisition data to inform decisions on recruitment strategies and recommend changes to the talent acquisition process.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and new hire orientation/ induction program.
- Creatively build networking and talent pipeline
- You have a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma/Bachelor’s degree/ Post graduate diploma/ professional degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- You have a minimum 5 year(s) working experience in a Talent Acquisition role or HR Generalist role with full-cycle recruitment ownership.
- You are passionate about helping people developing their careers and helping Lemon Sky Animation hire future and high potential leaders.
- You are a self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment
- You have the ability to multitask, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure prompt response and action to tasks
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an effective attention to detail.
- You have the ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
- You have Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite and recruiting ATS systems.
- You have the ability to sell the employer brand and continuous improvement mindset
