Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive talent sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes efficiently.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
