Positions Overview:
This is a field sales position responsible for the sales and business development of our current portfolio. FC-BIOS is currently expanding and we are looking for Junior/Senior Technical Sales Specialist in below Divisions:
- Clinical Division - covers our existing base of customers include both Private & Government Hospitals, District Health Laboratories and Commercial Diagnostics Laboratories. This role requires a dual focus in Our portfolio of Pathology Consumables encompassing Medical Microbiology, Hematology and Histopathology; as well as in IoT Cold Chain Temperature Monitoring solutions for Hospital’s Pharmacies and Blood Banks.
- Research Division - encompassing labs of major Public & Private Universities, R&D Centers and Government Institutions who are focused in Life Science, Tissue Culture & Cryogenics.
- Industrial Division - which includes all major Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical Companies and commercial testing laboratories that focuses on product safety and microbiological testing.
Job Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage the sales of our current customer portfolio.
- Relationship Building: Initiate, build, and manage strong relationships with customers.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads, pitch to potential clients, close sales, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer acquisition. Analyze market potential and track sales performance while working towards profitability goals.
- Prospects' Needs Assessment: Understand the needs, wants, and challenges of prospects to offer solutions that address their specific pain points.
- Sales Target: Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market competition by researching competitor pricing, products, and industry trends.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions through teamwork.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other company initiatives.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to secure favorable agreements.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Biomed / Biotech / Microbiology) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant science field.
- Experience in selling laboratory equipment and consumables is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent listening and communicative skills with a sense of humour, positive attitude and strong team spirit
- A strong desire to learn
- A self-starter and possess can-do attitude
- Work with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude with strong team spirit.
