Lecturer, Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Review, develop and update lesson plans and learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, and any other means of facilitating the student's learning.
• Contribute to the development of new academic programme.
• Monitor, supervise and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
• Involve in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Provide academic counselling, pastoral care and mentoring sessions to all students.
• Work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment; including organising seminars, college activities, open days and programme previews.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD in marketing or any relevant field.
• Preferably with 3 years' experience in teaching relevant subjects.
• Able to teach Marketing, Digital Marketing & Advertising courses.
• Good presentation skills and command of written and spoken English.
• A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enables contributions to teaching programmes.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Technology savvy, familiar with MS Teams and online teaching.
