- 執行焊接、製造或基本機械加工（如果有機械背景）。
- 執行預防性和糾正性維護任務。
- 在設備安裝或系統升級期間提供實際支援。
- 維護技術記錄並確保遵守操作標準。
- 工程學文憑或證書（機械、電氣、機電一體化或相關領域）。
- 至少 5 年技術或維修職位相關工作經驗。
- 強大的故障排除和解決問題能力。
- 熟練操作機械工具和維修設備。
- 能夠在最低限度的監督下獨立工作。
