Job Responsibilities
The role involves managing Technology Risk and Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Razer Fintech across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities Include
Technology Risk Management: Developing and executing technology risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, BNM).
Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Creating risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) for senior management and the board.
Governance & Oversight: Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements across multiple entities.
Risk Assessments & Control Reviews: Identifying control gaps and assessing IT & security risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Supporting business units on technology risk matters and participating in risk committees.
Incident & Audit Management: Engaging in audits, managing IT/security incidents, and responding to breaches.
Managing technology risk management, cybersecurity governance, and business continuity
for Razer Fintech group across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

- Develop and execute technology risk management framework, policies and procedures to support the business.
- Develop and enhance technology and security risk related documentations (and other relevant documents) to ensure alignment to group policies and adherence to various regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS, BNM etc).
- Develop technology and security risk reports & dashboards for various audience and committees (including board and senior management).
- Develop and track key risk indicators (KRIs) in accordance to enterprise wide risk management framework.
- Ensure governance and oversight of various entities and technology workstreams to comply to internal, industry and regulatory requirements.
- Provide effective challenge to the adequacy and effectiveness of various technology and security controls.
- Conduct technology, security and related risk assessments to identify and manage control gaps.
- Collaborate with business units to provide support and guidance for technology risk related matters.
- Lead/Involve in the formation of technology risk committees and to be involved in other relevant ones.
- Involve in audit engagements.
- Involve in IT and security breaches and incidents’ workstreams.
Qualifications & Industry Alignment:
- Minimum 5 years experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
- Strong knowledge of payment security standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, MAS TRM).
- Experience with cloud security, API security etc.
- Familiarity with central bank regulations.
- Able to liaise with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders on technology risk matters.
