Job Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate properties and services.
- Qualify leads and identify client needs, interests, and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.
- Follow up with leads to build long-term client relationships.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, location, and features.
- Address client inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Bachelorâs degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
