Job Description
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional plans and campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2, fostering a results-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve market share and customer engagement.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams (people management skills is preferred).
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.
