How You’ll Make An Impact
You will be part of Cash & Payments team to provide robust and agile cash, liquidity and payment infrastructure and to ensure proper control and security over cash and payments for Siemens Energy companies in Asia Pacific and China.
Banking and Payment Infrastructure
The purpose of TCF is to safeguard the financial sustainability of the Group through financial risk identification, quantification & management and to support the business by providing Treasury, Corporate & Project Finance solutions, including structuring expertise for sales-related financing solutions.
At TCF Asia Pacific and China, we manage a wide range of treasury and trade finance topics. We collaborate internally with both TCF headquarters functions and finance and business communities in the region and externally with banking partners and regulators. We are uniquely positioned to provide integrated TCF solutions to Siemens Energy companies in this fast-growing region.

How You’ll Make An Impact
You will be part of Cash & Payments team to provide robust and agile cash, liquidity and payment infrastructure and to ensure proper control and security over cash and payments for Siemens Energy companies in Asia Pacific and China.
Banking and Payment Infrastructure
- Negotiate and set up bank agreements (e.g., facility and terms and conditions) and services in line with Siemens Energy requirements
- Bank account administration, bank authorization and service set-up.
- Advisory and troubleshooting of bank account and payment related topics.
- Implement bank account and payment infrastructure and connectivity.
- Compile liquidity forecast and analyze and monitor the liquidity position.
- Handle and monitor region cash pool and perform cash dis-positioning.
- Handle excess cash, including cash concentration to central treasury.
- Identify debt financing need and devise and implement debt financing strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulation and Siemens Energy Standards on above topics.
- Provide training, advisory and solutions.
- Align with relevant collaborators.
- Continued process and solution optimization and digitization.
- Drive cash management integration in M&A projects.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, consistency and transparency of TCF transactions.
- Support internal control and audit for above activities.
- Academic background: minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting or finance.
- 5-10 years’ experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in business English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in using treasury management systems.
- A great teammate with strong sense of ownership.
- Decent learning agility and analytical and problem-solving skills.
