Job Responsibilities:
- Main purpose of Service Ambassador is to relief to the Branch Manager, assumes responsibilities related to both operational and customer service aspects within the branch.
- Promote company products to customer to achieve target set by Company.
- Maintain and deliver excellent quality of customer service to internal and external customer.
- To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations.
- Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operations.
- To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers.
- To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.
- To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
- To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Supervising and monitoring skill
- Passionate and self-driven.
- Minimum SPM with 5 years of Hospitality experience (Airlines & Hotel).
- Working experience in Sales & Service will be an added advantages.
- Good in selling, negotiation and promotion skills.
- Have own transportation.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
- Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
