The Service Delivery Coordinator will manage technical support, sales, and service delivery for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals in Malaysia. You will be responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities.

As Service Delivery Coordinator - Downstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing Chemical operations to provide support and guidance to our customers in Malaysia.
• Ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection.
• Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client’s requirements
• Being the dedicated resource to drive these interactions, develop relationships and position ourselves well within the problem-solving & value delivery arena.
• Being confident to kickstart the customer interaction, technical discussion, and opportunity discovery.
• Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrate relevant industry experience with at least 5 years experiences in downstream chemical.
• Have demonstrate expertise in chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Have demonstrate business acumen and ability to ensure product & project delivery.
• Have demonstrate experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control and fouling control.
• Have demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Have shown ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results.
• Have demonstrate experience in Refinery process & petrochemical environment.
