Service Desk Analyst (Korean)

Job Description

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in non-functional automation testing, utilizing a range of tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Neo Load, Redline 13, and Blazemeter, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance automation testing frameworks
• Create, maintain, and execute automation testing scripts
• Utilize test execution schedulers to manage testing workflows
• Write and execute test cases, and report defects
• Manage testing projects, including defect management and progress reporting
• Collaborate with users for test planning, and provide feedback on work products
• Plan test releases and guide the testing team in best practices and execution
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT and automation testing
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with CMMI and ISO standard delivery
• Familiarity with ATM, CDM, Banking Treasury systems, Cash Management, and Wealth Management systems
• Experience with SQL and database management
  
  

Skill Sets

• Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Neo Load, Redline 13, and BlazeMeter
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
• Familiarity with the BFSI domain
• Experience in Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments systems
• Ability to establish a test automation process and contribute to the planning and evaluation of the automation roadmap
• Experience in developing automation frameworks for load, stress, and endurance testing
• Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies using Selenium WebDriver
• Develop and maintain scripts for web services, REST services, and mobile applications
• Proficient in test strategy creation, test planning, and test case development, especially in Agile environments
  
  

Tools

• Familiar with collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana
• Expertise in non-functional testing automation tools like Microfocus LoadRunner, Redline13, Blazemeter, and JMeter
• Familiar with Jenkins, JUnit, Docker, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
