Job Responsibility

  • Effectively manages technicians and advisors, to ensure team objective are being carried out
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaint quickly and professionally
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
  • To plan monthly servicing schedule, collect reporting and bill customer on time
  • Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly and thoroughly
  • To performs other related duties assigned by the line supervisor
  • Implement timely actions taken to correct and/or prevent problems identified in the related processes
  • Ensure necessary documentation, record, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in (Mechanical/Electrical) Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in leadership, planning, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Good common of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
