What we need you to do?

  • Responsible for lift maintenance contract agreement to client and follow up with negotiation
  • Responsible for repair quotation to client and follow up with negotiation
  • Responsible for monthly lift maintenance
  • Support lift maintenance callback reporting
  • Responsible for providing monthly lift performance report to client
  • Provide technical support for Southern Region.
  • Support on all aspects related to repair/re-programmed defect product, troubleshooting and quality control.
  • Ensure the troubleshooting and quality control procedure was followed.
  • Technical enforcement and support for the critical jobsites.
  • Attend project meeting and handle the site coordination work of project department.

Requirements

  • Posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in technical related field
  • But, FRESH GRADUATE is welcome to apply too! :)
  • Possess own vehicle (car), a willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Must be proficient in computer application software.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires you to deal with mandarin speaking customer
  • Office based in Taman Johor Jaya, however you DO NOT required to clock in office everyday.
