職位說明與職責：

  • 能夠提供安全產品及其應用軟體的技術和系統支援。
  • 進行技術和產品培訓/研討會。
  • 為客戶提供專案諮詢
  • 進行系統調試和培訓
  • 進行預防性維護及矯正性維護
  • 進行產品測試並產生技術報告
  • 在輪流接聽支援電話時，處理辦公時間以外的支援請求


職位要求：

  • 資格必須包括以下任何一項：工程學或資訊科技（電子/電腦/ IT）學位或同等學歷。
  • 強大的分析能力來排除故障並解決問題
  • 能夠使用萬用電錶和其他電子測試設備進行故障排除和維修
  • 能夠獨立且機智地執行和完成任務
  • 能夠向非技術人員解釋技術報告
  • 具備網路環境（LAN/WAN/WLAN）的經驗與知識。
  • 具有配置基於 Windows 的作業系統的知識和經驗
  • 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請，並提供培訓

  • 擁有自己的交通工具
  • 精通英語和馬來語。懂國語優先
  • 擁有良好的人際溝通與溝通能力
  • 正直、自律的人
  • 能夠同時處理多項任務
