What’s The Role
Join us as a Graduate at Shell in Malaysia where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders.
The role will be based in Miri / Sunway Square / Menara Shell / Bintulu. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are May / November 2026.

- You are required to have graduated (Bachelors / Masters / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
- To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
- Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
