職責與義務
- 處理進出貨物並協助供應鏈經理
- 提供運輸和進出口文件處理的協助。
- 協助準備發票、交貨單和物品清單。
- 與承運人和其他運輸人員合作。
- 與銷售團隊聯絡。
- 歸檔出口訂單並維護與運輸活動相關的文件。
- 提供客戶服務並擔任行政職務。
- 監控貨運狀態，協調供應商、代理商和客戶
- 安排交貨、追蹤貨運、檢查已交付貨物以確保庫存準確
- 處理客戶訂單
- 與倉庫工作人員合作，確保訂單得到正確履行
- 最低學歷/文憑或同等學歷。
- 必須對一系列 Microsoft 應用程式（例如 Word 和 Excel）有足夠的了解。
- 對於那些擁有航運和快遞知識文憑的人來說，具有更大的優勢。
- 對於應屆畢業生，將提供在職培訓。
- 精通多種語言
- 能出差（有車優先）
