職位描述：

貨運助理應具備良好的口頭和書面溝通能力。應積極主動，具備團隊合作精神，並能主動完成所需任務。值得信賴、可靠、注重時間並注重細節。應果斷負責，並致力於服務客戶。由於該職位需要與不同類型的人互動，因此貨運助理也應能適應不同的環境。貨運助理需要注重細節，並準確提供資訊和國際航運系統。必須能夠在快節奏的環境中工作並按時完成任務。

職責與義務

  • 處理進出貨物並協助供應鏈經理
  • 提供運輸和進出口文件處理的協助。
  • 協助準備發票、交貨單和物品清單。
  • 與承運人和其他運輸人員合作。
  • 與銷售團隊聯絡。
  • 歸檔出口訂單並維護與運輸活動相關的文件。
  • 提供客戶服務並擔任行政職務。
  • 監控貨運狀態，協調供應商、代理商和客戶
  • 安排交貨、追蹤貨運、檢查已交付貨物以確保庫存準確
  • 處理客戶訂單
  • 與倉庫工作人員合作，確保訂單得到正確履行


資格：

  • 最低學歷/文憑或同等學歷。
  • 必須對一系列 Microsoft 應用程式（例如 Word 和 Excel）有足夠的了解。
  • 對於那些擁有航運和快遞知識文憑的人來說，具有更大的優勢。
  • 對於應屆畢業生，將提供在職培訓。
  • 精通多種語言
  • 能出差（有車優先）
