Job Responsibility
- Need to deal with shipping liner, co-loader, oversea agents and transporter for shipping arrangement.
- Prepare shipping and custom document for import shipment by sea, Air and truck.
- Must work closely with Sales Team and import operation vendor in monitoring status of shipments.
- Follow up closely on the custom declaration and delivery even in holiday.
- At Least one year working experience in freight forwarders
- More than 3 years experience in freight forwarder will be offer higher salary
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and responsible character
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Working - Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)
- Lunch Hour : 12:30 - 2:00pm
