Job scope :
• Ensure all related documentation, such as Shipping Listing, BL, Consignment Notes, Certificate of Origin, Custom codes etc and Haulages / Vessel bookings are made as per expectation of the customers’ delivery date
• Liaise closely with shipping companies in negotiating competitive freight rates and space bookings.
• Liaise well with internal divisions, freight forwarders and carriers to ensure smooth operation for export shipments.
• Responsible for logistic overall arrangement of the company imports and exports and related to documentation requirement in order to meet on-time-delivery as requested by the customer.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that orders are within the terms and conditions of the sales contract, and that the goods are delivered to customers on time.
• Assist in preparing ISO 9001:2015 documentations relevant to Shipping Department for reevaluation and recertification audit.
