SITE CLERK

Job Responsibilities：

• To assist all administrative activities of the project site.
• Handle Foreign Workers’ Time Attendance and Leaves related matters.
• Preparing Material Requisition when require.
• To prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ.
• Mapping invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to HQ A/C Dept for payment process.
• Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files for quick retrieval.
• Monitoring worker attendance and educating site workers on daily site operations.
• To handle and resolve client’s complaints and site logistic issues.
• To assist, instruct and advise contractors on site, quality control, and the interpretation of contract documents.
• To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress works and issues encountered.
• To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience as administrator or site clerk.
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin(MUST), English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good administration skill.
• Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment.
• Has good discipline and punctuality.
• Able to work in KULIM(Kedah)/KUALA LUMPUR.
• Possess own transport & laptop.
