REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management /Business Management
  • At Least 3 years experience working in Human Resource (General Affairs & Foreign Worker)

JOBSCOPE :

  • To handle all matters related to foreign worker including maintain up-to-date personal file, hostel, permit, etc.
  • To handle all matters related to PERKESO in terms on claims & reimbursement.
  • Maintaining close relation with related government Department
  • Responsible of maintaining and updating of HR policies and procedures in relation to ISO certifications.
  • To take charge of all matters related to staff uniform.
  • Manage canteen operation. Ensure proper management of canteen operators.
  • Prepare schedule, monitor and liaise with contractors on all employees' transport matters.
