REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management /Business Management
- At Least 3 years experience working in Human Resource (General Affairs & Foreign Worker)
JOBSCOPE :
- To handle all matters related to foreign worker including maintain up-to-date personal file, hostel, permit, etc.
- To handle all matters related to PERKESO in terms on claims & reimbursement.
- Maintaining close relation with related government Department
- Responsible of maintaining and updating of HR policies and procedures in relation to ISO certifications.
- To take charge of all matters related to staff uniform.
- Manage canteen operation. Ensure proper management of canteen operators.
- Prepare schedule, monitor and liaise with contractors on all employees' transport matters.
