Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager

Our Site Managers are responsible for site supervision and implementing construction activities and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with site personnel and sub-contractors on various construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project
Maintaining quality control procedures on site
Monitoring day-to-day control of site materials to minimise wastage
Managing all plant and equipment on site to ensure proper and efficient deployment of machineries, as well as organising any additional requirements or maintenance schedules

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Building
Minimum 8 years experience in related construction field, with hands-on site experience
Good organisational and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate the site team
