Site Supervisor

The construction site is located in Johor Bahru !

Requirements:-

• Proficient in computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field would be an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude, diligent, able work independent.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in related discipline.
• Health and Safety Knowledge.
• Able to start immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Monitor, coordinate, and track the progress of internal and external work to ensure that all tasks are carried out according to specifications and schedules.
• Conduct project briefing and attend internal / external regular meeting.
• Managing order and deliveries of building materials.
• Completing site reports and other records.
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.
