SOUS CHEF

• As a Sous Chef, you will assist in managing kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef in food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and staff supervision, ensuring a high standard of food and service.

CHEF DE PARTIE

• As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained. You will collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and present dishes, while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

DEMI CHEF

• As a Chef De Partie, you will support the preparation and cooking of exceptional dishes, assist senior chefs, and uphold our high standards of food quality and presentation.

COMMIS CHEF

• As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, ensuring a high standard of hygiene, and contributing to the overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
• A strong passion for cooking and a keen interest in developing culinary skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Culinary qualifications or relevant training are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
