SITE SUPERVISOR for Surau Sek. Men. Sains Sultan Mahmud (SESMA)
Job Description:
1. To monitor of daily site activities and report to Project Manager/Site Engineer progress of work
2. Carrying out day to day site operation & site supervision.
3. Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
4. Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
5. Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
6. Completing records for site reports.
7. Able to supervise the daily operations at construction site and ensure that the sub-contractors execute the works in compliance
8. Update manpower attendance, materials, quantity and machinery record at site
9. Problem solving occurring in the field of work
10. Assists in other tasks assigned as and when required
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
4. Preferably Non-Executive/Supervisor specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
