Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. As a full-time Site Supervisor based in Johor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring our worksites operate efficiently and safely.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
- Providing guidance and support to the construction team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction project.
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions to keep projects on track
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field
