Site Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. SPM
2. 2 years minimum experience in sub/superstructure as a supervisor
3. Valid CIDB green card
4. Motivated, eager to learn, positive attitude, hardworking and a team player

A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects at the worksite. 4. Scheduling work: The site supervisor schedules work on the site, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
5. Managing resources: The site supervisor manages resources such as equipment, materials, and tools, ensuring that they are available when needed.
6. Inspecting work: The site supervisor inspects work on the site to ensure that it meets the required quality standards and specifications.
7. Managing project documentation: The site supervisor is responsible for maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Key tasks of the job include:

• managing parts of construction projects
• overseeing building work
• undertaking surveys
• setting out sites
• checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• supervising contracted staff
• ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
• Site engineers work out on a construction site in all weathers and tend to work on one project at a time. Depending on the location of the project, they might need to relocate or complete a lengthy commute.
• Scheduling material, equipment deliveries
