Minimum Requirements:
- SPM
- 2 years minimum experience in sub/superstructure as a supervisor
- Valid CIDB green card
- Motivated, eager to learn, positive attitude, hardworking and a team player
A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects at the worksite. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the project is completed safely, within budget, and on time while meeting the required quality standards. Some of the specific responsibilities of a site supervisor include:
- Managing construction workers: A site supervisor manages construction workers on the site, ensuring that they are working safely and productively.
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors: The site supervisor works closely with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are completing work on time and to the required standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: The site supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all work on the site is conducted safely, and that workers are adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Scheduling work: The site supervisor schedules work on the site, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Managing resources: The site supervisor manages resources such as equipment, materials, and tools, ensuring that they are available when needed.
- Inspecting work: The site supervisor inspects work on the site to ensure that it meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Managing project documentation: The site supervisor is responsible for maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Communicating with stakeholders: The site supervisor communicates with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and engineers, to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

Key tasks of the job include:
- managing parts of construction projects
- overseeing building work
- undertaking surveys
- setting out sites
- checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- supervising contracted staff
- ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
- ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Site engineers work out on a construction site in all weathers and tend to work on one project at a time. Depending on the location of the project, they might need to relocate or complete a lengthy commute.
- Scheduling material, equipment deliveries
