We are currently looking for a Social Commerce Intern to join our growing Social Commerce team. If you're passionate about live-streaming, e-commerce, and content creation, especially on TikTok, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of social commerce!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live selling and livestream content, primarily on TikTok Shop Live and other social platforms
- Support creators in producing high-quality and engaging live commerce content to drive sales and audience engagement
- Research market trends and best practices in social commerce and livestream shopping, especially in the SEA region
- Work closely with the content team to create engaging promotional materials (e.g., short videos, banners, and teaser clips) to attract viewership
- Monitor livestream performance and analyse key metrics to optimise content strategy and audience engagement
- Coordinate with brands and influencers to ensure smooth execution of live commerce campaigns
- Support the team in post-production tasks, including content editing, highlights, and performance reporting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Passionate about live streaming and social commerce. Any experience in running or managing a TikTok Live would be a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook's live streaming and e-commerce features
- Knowledgable in content creation, including video editing, scripting, and production setup
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to fast-changing social media trends
- Strong communication and organisational skills to collaborate with internal teams and external creators
- Immediate availability will also be taken into consideration
