Role Description

• Assist in planning and executing the social media marketing strategy
• Ability to plan, film, and edit content for various social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) while keeping up with current trends.
• Be the voice of the brand. Craft concise, witty, and impactful captions that truly resonate with our local audience.
• Assist social media content to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Interact with our audience through direct messages and comments.
• Track performance metrics to see what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can improve reach and engagement.

Job Requirements

• Own laptop and phone with Canva, CapCut, etc. installed and ready.
• Passionate about marketing current trends and the art of storytelling.
• Familiar with social media hooks transitions and strategies that capture audience interest.
• Know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to work smarter, not harder.
• Proactive: you bring ideas, not “just asking what to do”.
• Organised and reliable. Keep track of schedules and deadlines
