Job Responsibility

  • Develop, manage and monitor contents on social media and help to create marketing contents for social media outreach purposes and in campaign micro sites and social applications (e.g. Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, LINE, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and etc.)
  • Improve, implement or update social media posting channels pertaining to present promotions/ events, photo galleries, comments, etc.
  • Monitor, evaluate, research and administer social media tools on a daily basis and generate reports and analytics
  • Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed
  • Analysing results, customerâs need and wants, market conditions and competitorâs data in all social media channel
  • Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the outlet/ brandâs website, Facebook, blogs, etc
  • Dealing with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly
  • Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and to identify and analyse competitor advertising methods and strategies

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of brand or marketing experience, experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan and lead marketing campaigns hands-on
  • Solid experience with Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media growth
  • Excellent leadership skills â able to manage timelines, team members, and cross-functional projects
  • Keen eye for fashion brands, visual storytelling, and content direction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take full ownership of marketing campaigns
