Job Responsibility

  • Track and respond to trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
  • Create fast, engaging, and on-brand content aligned with marketing and sales campaigns
  • Write compelling captions and produce short-form video content that resonates with target audiences
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content consistency and delivery
  • Support other creative or campaign-related tasks as assigned by management
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong creative writing and captioning skills tailored for social media
  • Able to plan, script, and storyboard short-form content quickly and effectively
  • Highly trend-sensitive and up-to-date with evolving content formats
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Willing to be based at Vertical Business Suite, Bangsar South
