We are currently seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join us. In this role, you’ll focus on producing engaging video content across multiple platforms. You’ll also have the chance to expand your skill set by contributing to broader marketing initiatives, all while receiving guidance and support from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality content (videos and images) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media posts to drive engagement and increase audience reach.
• Stay current with social media trends and audience preferences to create relevant and impactful content.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Assist in crafting engaging marketing materials, including graphics and written content.
• Participate in diverse marketing tasks, such as event planning, photo shooting and copywriting, to enhance your skill set and contribute to various projects.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva/Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
