角色描述

社群媒體經理負責創作獨特且引人入勝的內容（文字和影片）並與粉絲分享，同時管理貼文並回覆粉絲在社群媒體平台上的問題或評論。您將協助我們更好地維護客戶的形象，以實現行銷目標。

您需要緊跟社交媒體、線上/數位趨勢和技術的步伐。您的溝通技巧必須出色，這意味著您能夠以創意和創新的方式傳達客戶的觀點。您需要管理客戶的社群媒體，以提升客戶參與度和網路流量為目標。

職責

  • 監督和品質控制內容日曆、社交文案、社交媒體廣告和社區管理的視覺製作。
  • 為即將開展的活動制定策略，並為潛在和現有品牌持續執行。
  • 為團隊成員提供建議、培養和培訓，使他們成為一流的社群媒體策略師和內容創造者。
  • 積極貢獻解決方案以改善流程和實踐。
  • 確定社交 KPI 和指標。
  • 確保及時制定和執行計劃、活動和項目。
  • 研究基準和觀眾偏好的當前趨勢。
  • 了解社交媒體、設計工具和應用程式的流行技術和趨勢。


職位要求

  • 擁有在代理商從事社群媒體工作的豐富工作經驗。
  • 具有內容創作和客戶管理的實際經驗。
  • 在以下領域擁有出色的技能：
  • 文案
  • 溝通
  • 分析
  • 多工處理
  • 能夠提供創意十足的社群媒體內容（Facebook、Instagram、Twitter、LinkedIn、TikTok 等）。
  • 深入了解所有社群媒體管道和線上行銷工具。
