We are looking for a Social Media & Video Editing Executive (Chinese Copywriting) on behalf of our client, Singapore based leading immigration company.This role is to lead and execute strategies that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads with a sharp focus on Chinese-language content.

- Plan and manage a strategic, insight-driven content calendar aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Research deeply and prepare briefs that reflect brand tone, values, and voice.
- Write clear, powerful Chinese marketing copy across formats including scripts, captions, CTAs, ads, and storytelling frameworks.
- Create compelling social media content (visuals, videos, graphics, infographics, blog posts, etc.) tailored to each platform and stage of the customer journey.
- Publish 5+ engaging posts per week across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Generate organic marketing leads and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into customers.
- Proactively address audience objections and build trust through your messaging.Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and continuously adapt content based on analytics.
- Devise and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) monthly for social media activities, including content creation, graphic design, video editing etc
- Track and report platform performance monthly in sales revenue, follower count, organic lead generation and engagement rate
- 2+ years of experience in social media and video content development
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese to create content that connects, converts and performs.
- Proven expertise in persuasive copywriting, storytelling, and brand-consistent messaging.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
- Creative thinker who can propose out-of-the-box social media ideas.
