Software Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

Software Development:

• Assist in developing new features and modules for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Support bug fixing, testing, and performance improvements
• Work with APIs, databases, and backend/frontend components depending on project needs
  
  

Report Development

• Build and customize system reports based on user or management requirements
• Work with data extraction, formatting, and visualization (e.g,. PDF, Excel, dashboard-style reports)
• Assist in validating data accuracy and ensuring user-friendliness of reports.
  
  

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new and existing system features
• Create user guides or SOPs to support system onboarding and usage
• Document change logs and updates for internal reference,
