As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You’ll drive supplier audits, manage quality issues, and collaborate closely with partners to improve processes, ensure compliance, and strengthen our supply chain performance from the ground up.


Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Supplier Complaint Management:
  • Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of complaints.
  • Supplier Audits:
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards, processes, and contractual requirements.
  • SQAA (Supplier Quality Assurance Agreement):
  • Support quality-related content negotiation and ensure alignment with supplier contractual obligations.
  • Supplier Release:
  • Evaluate and approve new suppliers through qualification assessments and quality performance reviews.
  • Supplier Review Support:
  • Provide quality performance data, insights, and recommendations during regular supplier review meetings.
  • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process):
  • Support and verify supplier PPAP submissions to ensure process readiness and product conformity.
  • Audit Finding Closure:
  • Monitor and verify closure of supplier audit findings and track progress of improvement actions.
  • Supplier Quality Development:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process capability, yield improvement, and defect prevention.

Additionally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality in the electronics or EMS industry.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in supplier audits and quality system assessments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members.
