Software Offering Manager

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy, defining short-term and long-term goals, market positioning, and product roadmaps.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competition, and emerging trends in the product solutions space.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software product features, enhancements, and innovations.
- Requirements Definition: Clearly define product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Throughout the product lifecycle, as a key stakeholder, have close collaborate with Global team to ensure region needs are met.
- Product Launch: Lead the product launch process, including defining the go-to-market strategy, setting pricing, creating marketing materials, sales enablement and coordinating with sales and customer support teams to support the successful launch and adoption.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers (both internal and external), gather voice of customers (VOCs), and build strong customer relationships to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring our solutions meet their requirements.
- Margin & Revenue Growth: Responsible for product margin and growth. Close collaboration with Sales to drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, pricing optimization, and other margin & revenue enhancement strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape, understand competitor offerings, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams (regionally and global) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product offerings, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the product strategy, progress, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and growth.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data, customer feedback, and competitive information.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
