Specialist Accounting

Support other day-to-day accounting operation: Implement and maintain procedures for month/quarter/year end SAP accounting book closing.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Analyse and monthly commentary reporting review with stake holders & local management team.
• Timely & accurate journal entries posting into SAP as assigned for closing at the end of each month.
• Work with Local Controller, HR & stake holder to enhance/explore for RPA with regards to accounting process solution.
• Manage and coordinate audit inquires within the GL & Financial Statement reporting for both internal and external auditors.
• Assist tax team to prepare tax reporting and AP in follow up of overdue oustanding block payment invoices.
• Assist/coordinate ad hoc projects with regards to RPA solution/Innovation to improve efficiency in GL transaction.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalentDiploma holder with strong relevant work experience and track records will be considered.
• More than 2 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Knowledge in overall book-keeping and perform GL services (incl. staff payment), reporting, analysis & commentary by legal entity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and reliable person to the team.
• Ability to undertake and lead financial project.
